The Warm Melt range is based on the Scanrex HVP range of systems for cold pumpable adhesives & sealants. Designed for materials that need additional temperature conditioning to control/reduce viscosity accordingly or to initiate the pre cure chemical cycle with heat.
The systems can be both manual as well as fully automatic. Both are easy to operate and maintain. The Scanrex Warm Melt pump program uses an air driven double acting piston pumps for pumping high viscosity materials directly from 20 to 200L original containers.
The pump are equipped with heating features to heat and maintain materials at temperatures up to 150°C. Main areas of use are Adhesive and Sealing compounds that need to be heated during application, i.e. Polyurethane, Epoxy and Butyl.
The robust design of the pump provides rugged dependability and ease of maintenance.
Location and electric power of elements are decided by needs.
